From the outside of every Parade Entry, you can surely tell that the members of the Citrus County Builders Association build only to the highest standards.
Once inside you will find an array of colors, textures, fabrics, styles, furniture, appliances, electronics technology, outdoor living and landscaping. Our annual Parade of Homes publication will guide you throughout the parade and includes floor plans as well as photos and artist renderings of each model.

Not long ago, I can remember walking into a model home built by one of the builders who was a member of the Citrus County Builders Association (CCBA). From the breathtaking floor plan, to the wood cabinetry, to the spacious walk-in closets and custom-tiled shower, my fiancé and I knew we both were thinking the same thing – that we had made the choice on who would be our builder. Furthermore, we could rest assured that all aspects of our home would be built with a quality of craftsmanship that only members of the CCBA can provide.
