The Citrus County Builders Association honored award winning builders on the red carpet at the Academy Awards themed 2009 Citrus & Hernando County Spring Parade of Homes Awards Banquet on Thursday, March 26, 2009. The following winners were presented with awards sponsored by Bright House Networks
